Most people only focus on the front of the store. Sure that’s where we keep all the gorgeous furniture and accessories are, but the back is where all the energy is! It all comes down to ensuring that the customer has a seamless, effortless means of getting information. The staff here at showroom is fully trained to answer all questions – from production to delivery schedules to everything in between – they’re your best points of contact.
Now what people don’t know about, or necessarily see, is the employee that is never at the showroom – the customer care specialist. She is in the background, monitoring all orders from implementation to delivery to the customer. She touches every customer and all orders to guarantee accuracy and quality throughout the process. With this in place, we ensure that every single person is a VIP.
